OccultOpes ("we", "us") is the small and mid-sized business solutions development branch of Maison TergaDo, built in partnership with ΣigmaClava. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (www.occultopes.com), why we are allowed to process it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. When you submit the assessment request form, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, company, team size, industry, area of interest, and message.
  • Usage analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type). No cross-site tracking identifiers are set, and this data is not used to identify you personally. This site sets no cookies.

Why we process it (lawful basis)

  • Responding to your enquiry — processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Operating and improving this website — our legitimate interest in running a secure, functional site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), using aggregate data only.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not send marketing email you have not asked for.

Who processes it on our behalf

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and aggregate, cookie-free analytics.
  • Email delivery provider (USA) — relays form submissions to our inbox so we can reply to you.

These providers act as processors on our instructions. Because they operate in the United States, your form submission is transferred to US servers; we rely on our processors' recognized transfer safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or Data Privacy Framework certification, where applicable).

Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

US state residents (including California and Texas): you may exercise the rights to know, correct, and delete described above. We do not sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
